
How and When to Submit Your Report |

Submitting your work report on Navigator
Students submit work reports through Navigator. Please follow the instructions below:
Please ensure that you have sufficient time to complete the submission process. We suggest that you submit your report before Friday evening to avoid delays due to volume.
Release
When you submit your work report, you will be asked to press a button beside one of the following statements:
My supervisor has reviewed my work term report and has authorized me to release it to other co-op students.
My supervisor has reviewed my work term report and has declared the contents confidential. After my co-op co-ordinator has reviewed my report, it may not be released to other co-op students.My supervisor has not yet reviewed my work term report. I have informed my co-op co-ordinator of the situation, and I have confirmed an alternate date with my co-ordinator for the results of my employer’s review.
Original Work
Your work term report is subject to the Academic Code of Conduct and Discipline. When submitting your report, you are therefore agreeing that the work term report consists primarily of your own, original work, and that where you have used material from other sources, you have identified and credited those sources.

Not on your first work term? You will report fully on your work term in the "evaluation of work term form," which is due when you return to campus. This form functions as your work term report. |
- Late reports are not eligible for work report awards.
- If you submit a late report we may review your co-op status, unless you have received approval from your co-op co-ordinator for an extension due to extenuating circumstances such as serious illness.
- Your supervisor’s vacation is not a valid reason for an extension.
