Ranking and Matching for Co-op Students

 You will be able to see how employers ranked you on Navigator following the primary interview period. You will see all jobs for which you were interviewed, except any postings that employers have since cancelled.

You must submit your rankings on Navigator by 10 a.m. on the day they are due.

We advise employers and students not to contact each other after interviews that are part of the match process. If you have been approached, please let your co-ordinator know.

Winter 2012 matching dates.

• Students will see how employers ranked tham after 1:30 p.m. on Friday, October 21, 2011.
• You will be required to submit your rankings of employers by 10:00 a.m. on Monday, October 24, 2011.
• The results of the match will be released through Navigator after 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 26, 2011.

A note on not ranking employers:

• When ranking employers, please note that you may choose not to rank up to two employers who ranked you, but you must rank any other employers that ranked you.

The match must proceed whether or not you have submitted your rankings by the deadline. If you have not submitted your rankings by the deadline, we will assume that you are "Not Ranking" all positions for which you were a candidate. We will also review your status and you may be withdrawn from co-op.

Please note: It is your responsibility to check that you have entered and save your rankings correctly, based on the decisions you have made. We encourage you to exit the system, login again and review your submission. Please call the Co-op Office before the submission deadline (during business hours) if you have any questions or are unable to enter your rankings as you’d like them to appear.
