Participating in Co-op

"Co-operative education," a form of work-integrated learning, is a model of education that integrates and alternates a student’s academic learning with workplace learning in fields relevant to the student’s academic and personal goals. The Co-op Office approves jobs that will provide students with the opportunity to learn while performing productive work. Employers supervise their students and evaluate their performance, and co-op co-ordinators monitor students’ progress on the job. Students are paid by their employers.

You will find information on co-op fees and general information about co-op procedures in the Participating in Co-op section. Please review your admission offer on Navigator for specific regulations.
