Co-op Students Advisory Council (CSAC)

Our mission:

Open ears and open minds! CSAC strives to make a difference for co-op students. Its role is to listen, mentor, and connect. CSAC provides a forum for communication between co-op students, and acts as a liaison between students and staff. By building stronger relationships, CSAC fosters a sense of community among Laurier Co-op students.

CSAC’s primary projects:

• to provide a central online housing directory for co-op students. Log in to WebCT and go to the CSAC course to find or offer a sublet
• a mentor program which matches senior co-op students with new students to assist with transition into co-op
• navigator training sessions and on-going trouble-shooting for new students
• co-op ambassadors for special events
