Record of Marks

Jobs requiring you to apply through Navigator:

  • When you apply to co-op job postings on Navigator, employers will have access to your marks as they appear on LORIS.
  • Exception for transfer students: The Co-op Office will send transfer students an approved version of their marks from their previous institution. Transfer students need to include this version of their record of marks with their resume, every time they apply to a co-op job posting.

Jobs requiring you to submit a print copy or apply through the company’s website:

  • You must use the Record of Marks from Navigator when applying to co-op jobs.
  • You may need to copy the grades and paste them into the same document as your resume and cover letter.
  • Check that the columns line up properly before posting the document online.

Please review the following conditions related to the use of your Record of Marks:

  • Marks are uploaded to Navigator (the co-op computer system) from the Registrar’s Office through LORIS.
  • Employers will have access to your marks as they appear on LORIS.
  •  Only the Registrar’s Office can make changes to your grades; changes made on LORIS will appear on Navigator.
  •  You must not misrepresent yourself by submitting an inaccurate Record of Marks.
  • The Co-op Office will monitor submissions and report infractions to your Dean’s Office. Any student found guilty of misconduct will be withdrawn from co-op, be ineligible for any refund of the co-op fee and may be subject to further sanctions by the university.
