Accepting Job Offers

  • You are obligated to accept employment with any employer you rank, if you are ’matched.’
  • Before accepting a job offer through your own efforts, please give your co-op co-ordinator a job description and contact information.

When you learn that you have been matched, or you decide to accept a job offer:

  1. Sign and return a confirmation of employment form.

  2. Send a letter of acceptance to your employer by email, or ask us to mail it. You will find the name and address on Navigator. Go to your student profile, and look for the ’matching letter’ in the job description in the ’Term Sequence’ section. (If the interviewer gave you a business card, you may use that.)
