Please prepare a written explanation for your appeal, based on either statement 1 or statement 2, and complete the information below.

Arts & Science students: In 2011, the deadline for the written submission was noon on Friday, October 21, 2011 after completing the steps outlined here.

Business & Economics students: In 2012, the deadline will be noon on Friday, October 19, 2012. Please ensure you have first completed all the steps outlined here.
We are not able to consider appeals which are based on:

information you did not provide or develop fully in the interview.

criticism of the current admission process.

information about extenuating circumstances that you did not provide before your admission interview.
