Interview Students

We welcome you to meet with students in our comfortable interview rooms.

Please let us know who you would like to interview, and the date, location, start time and length of interviews. We will send you a schedule once we have made the arrangements.

Primary Interview Period:

The primary period occurs in early February for the spring term, in early June for the fall term, and in mid-October for the winter term. During the primary interview period each term, almost all interviews occur on campus. After the interviews, employers rank students and students rank employers. Employers and students are then "matched". Please do not communicate with students between the interview and the match.

Continuous Employment Period:

After we have shared the results of the match with students and employers, we enter the continuous employment phase, during which employers are welcome to conduct interviews either at Laurier or at their own offices. During the continuous employment period, we extend offers directly to students on behalf of employers.
