|
Students in the new double degree program in Business Administration and Computer Science take business courses at Laurier and computer science courses at the University of Waterloo. Some of their courses cover fundamental mathematics, computer programming, data structures, algorithms, computer organization, software engineering, operating systems, and social implications of computing.
All students in the program begin to participate in co-op in their second year, and most pursue work terms in the fall and winter. Students complete both degrees within five years.
